All the employees where especially helpful and attentive. The hotel had a central location and it was near Palau Montaner.

The place was good small, it worked for me. The staff were gentle and know their duties. The location was good, in a residential area with easy access to shops and supermarkets. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay here again.

Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit. I felt like James Bond staying here, with all the security measures in place. It made me feel safe and protected throughout my stay.

Window view was poor.

The hotel was clean and the location was magnificent in the best neighborhood. I really enjoyed that the room was neat with a balcony, aircon, as for instance. Everything was perfect. Location: the property was really close to Sagrada Familia and Verdaguer, the Metro, shopping and restaurants, and the center. In Tut Resturante you could have Peruvian meals...

I chose this hotel for attending a synod and found that BruStar Sagrada Familia is perfectly located for both business and leisure guests. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or business center within the hotel. This would have made it easier for me to work and attend to my professional needs during my stay.

The experience was very comfortable, would stay here again. Location: the hotel was just off the center of the city and supermarket. I tried some drinks at restaurant Bar Restaurant Pereira, located 5 minutes walk away.

Bright and new-fashioned units with a balcony.

Simple, clean room. Nice bathroom with good shower. Conveniently located near metro and within walking distance of attractions. Secure with multiple locks. Plenty of dining options nearby.

Recommend as we thoroughly enjoyed it. Minutes from a tube station, it makes every part of Barcelona easily accessible.
